Anthem Produces the 15th Annual Women Veterans’ Conference
In June 2023, The Anthem Group was honored to partner with the Women Veterans’ Network (WVN) to produce its landmark 15th Annual Conference — a powerful gathering that welcomed more than 350 women veterans and 50 exhibitors for a full day of connection, professional development, and resource sharing.
Engaged to manage the event from concept to execution, Anthem led the entire lifecycle of the conference. The team scouted and secured a centrally located venue capable of supporting the program’s expansive footprint and maintained biweekly planning meetings with WVN leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and milestone alignment.
Anthem curated and secured high-profile keynote speakers, developed a diverse slate of breakout workshop leaders, and designed interactive elements to foster meaningful engagement among attendees. In addition, the team oversaw all critical conference components — including agenda development, exhibitor coordination, audiovisual production, run-of-show management, layout design, program creation, signage and collateral materials, and thoughtfully curated décor. Catering selections for breakfast, lunch, and networking breaks were also coordinated to enhance the overall attendee experience.
On-site, Anthem managed registration, executed the full production schedule, and served as the central liaison between speakers, venue staff, exhibitors, and WVN leadership — ensuring a polished, mission-aligned event from start to finish.
